Responsibilities :  

We are looking for Senior planning Engineer:-
- To provide a full planning, work management and analysis of construction activities.

- To provide supervision and assistance to planners in the development and integration of individual schedules into the total project plan.

- To coordinate contractor's efforts in project planning, progress measurement and reporting.

- Responsible for total integration of schedule activities. Identifies schedule considerations and problems resulting from interdiscipline or group restraints and interfaces.

- To establish milestones for the total project and/or major portions of the project.


Description:


- Prepare, maintain and report on the Operations Readiness and Assurance (OR&A) schedule and start-up schedules.

- Maintain the interface with Project, Commissioning, Start-Up and IAP Planners regarding integrated Planning matters

- Supervise planning and progress control activities of the IPO departments, verifying the conformity of the current activity with the Work Programme & Budget schedule/CTR catalogue.

- Providing a full planning, work management and analysis of Production and Maintenance activities.

- Ensuring plans are tracked and reported.

- Pro-actively handling all matters relating to Planning and Risk Analysis.

- Developing a hierarchical set of schedules down to Level 4 for the OR&A process.

- Develop Operations Site Readiness schedules and support review meetings.

- Supporting the Start-up sequence planning as well as Interim Hand-over planning.

- Ensuring the quality of reporting through the OR&A Dashboard.

- Maintaining and updating all plans in readiness for monthly progress reporting.

- Ensuring that all interfaces are identified, agreed and reviewed on a weekly basis.

- Maintaining OR&A strategic planning documents and supporting charter sheets as required.

- Developing integrated operations procedures and plans in preparation for mature operations.

- Maintaining close liaison with the various Planning Departments in AKCO/NCPOC linked with IPO.

- Assisting with the deployment and embedding of Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) procedures for the operations phase.
